Warren Cooper Refurbishments carried out a significant refurbishment on this unit in conjunction with the Landlords Schedule of Dilapidations, and returned it to shell format in accordance with lease covenants. Work was carried out with minimum disruption to the landlord and the building was handed back one week early.

• Ground cut concrete slab, with a resin based paint application
• Emulsion paint to walls
• External and internal clean of roof lights
• New lighting using sodium low bay light fittings
• New insulated lining panels to internal walls and roof
• Profiled metal cladding replacement
• Medium grade carpets to small office content
• New suspended ceiling to offices
• Cut edge corrosion treatment to lap joints and gutters
