Just as the latest GDP figures are released showing a growth double that had been predicted, WCR has continued to show a better than expected increase in orders. Warren Cooper, WCR Director, says “The last 10 weeks have been the busiest yet, the West Midlands building sector has substantial momentum as it pulls out of the recent recession”.

Director of WCR, Warren Cooper has recently completed and passed with distinction, the 5 day Site Managers Safety Training Scheme, which is operated and approved by CITB.

How will he do with his NEBOSH Certificate in Construction course?

WCR has recently been awarded a small project to provide additional wet room facilities  on behalf of a client on Midlands based Watts Group PLC (Property Consultants). The wet room facilites meet current DDA requirements.

Andrew Rainbow is the latest recruit for Birmingham based commercial refurbishment company Warren Cooper Refurbishments.

He joins in a senior position as construction manager and is responsible for all construction and refurbishment activities. His experience in all areas of the commercial property field will add additional depth and value to WCR.

Andrew previously worked for Segro PLC (formally known as Slough Estates). He has also worked for a leading Midlands based property consultancy.
